Retail TouchPoints is announcing winners of the fifth annual Brand Experience Awards, a program designed to spotlight the brands and retailers that are reimagining and elevating customer experiences across all channels. This year, we’ve identified 24 organizations that have successfully differentiated through their loyalty programs, marketing strategies, in-store experiences and even their approach to last mile and fulfillment.
Garnering more than 200 nominations, the Retail TouchPoints editorial team assessed all entries and selected winners based on various guidelines, including: overarching strategy, creative approach, tactical execution and overall results. The final 24 brands and their winning strategies will be featured in an in-depth report running next month.
