Deckers Outdoor Corp., which incorporates a variety of lifestyle brands, is implementing an omnichannel commerce strategy in 40 UGG Australia stores.
Using an integrated e-Commerce platform from Demandware in conjunction with solutions from VeriFone GlobalBay, sales associates can complete transactions anywhere on the sales floor. They also can order out-of-stock products online and have them delivered directly to consumers’ homes.
The VeriFone solution helps deliver an omnichannel customer experience that is PCI compliant, ensuring credit and debit card information is secure. Complemented by the PAYware Mobile secure payment sled and VeriShield Protect, the mobile POS solution is designed to ensure end-to-end encryption.
