Lilysilk, a sustainable specialty brand of silk products, has opened its first concept store in New York City.
Located in the heart of the Meatpacking District, the Hudson Street location features a clean lily white backdrop and lily green accents that combine to create an inviting yet elegant atmosphere. These subtle elements complement the neighborhood’s upscale boutiques and cultural landmarks.
Designed by ViaClover, a Southern California-based firm, the store “is a blank canvas, allowing Lilysilk’s designs to take center stage,” said Alexander Meder, VP and General Manager of Lilysilk Retail and Wholesale in a statement. “The accents of lily green artwork and comfortable lounge areas enhance the luxurious shopping experience, while carefully designed racks and wardrobes create the familiar feel of a home closet.”
After experiencing 15 years of steady growth, the opening marks Lilysilk’s official expansion into brick-and-mortar. The brand celebrated with a grand opening event where guests received the exclusive Lilysilk Dreamer Set, featuring a silk pillowcase, eye mask and silk scrunchies, which could be personalized through a custom embroidery experience.
“We are thrilled to introduce LILYSILK’s first concept store in New York, a city that represents innovation, style and timeless elegance,” said David Wang, CEO of Lilysilk in a statement. “This space is more than a store — it’s a destination for those who appreciate the finest silk craftsmanship, sustainable fashion and modern luxury.”
