Yotpo, an AI-powered customer content marketing platform used by high-growth direct commerce brands, has partnered with Oracle Bronto, an email marketing solution provider. The collaboration will help marketers capture and convert more customers using user-generated content (UGC).
With the integration, Yotpo star ratings and reviews will automatically sync to product catalogs, infusing a range of email types with social proof. Machine learning pulls top reviews based on score, content length, recency, engagement and sentiment analysis.
The partnership also enables email contact lists with UGC data, allowing Oracle Bronto and Yotpo customers to create new audience segments based on that data, triggering intelligent email flows in response to review events.
