Yotpo, an AI-powered customer content marketing platform, has made its solution available as a native app on the Volusion e-Commerce platform. The partnership marks the first time Yotpo’s offerings have been natively integrated with any e-Commerce service.
Retailers using Volusion will gain access to a variety of capabilities free of charge, including:
- Importing, collecting and displaying unlimited reviews and ratings on product pages;
- Moderating reviews from the Yotpo dashboard;
- Synching orders and automatically requesting reviews from shoppers; and
- Customized messaging, branding and timing of email requests.
Additionally, retailers can upgrade directly with Yotpo for additional features, such as letting shoppers upload photos with reviews and sending review requests to offline customers.
Yotpo also partnered with Oracle Bronto in April, entering a collaboration to help marketers capture and convert more customers using user-generated content. The integration lets Yotpo’s star ratings and reviews automatically synch to product catalogs, enhancing emails sent through Bronto.
