Victoria’s Secret has introduced The Tour Impact Fund, designed to support gender equality and amplify voices in the communities where the VS20 — a group of creatives from the Victoria’s Secret World Tour — live, work and create their art.
The Tour is a fashion event, film and celebration providing a peek into the artistic process and personal stories of the VS20 from the cities of Bogota, Colombia; Lagos, Nigeria; London; and Tokyo. The Tour Fund will support organizations in these cities working to advance opportunities available to women entrepreneurs by empowering and equipping them with the resources they need to foster sustainable growth as well as creating opportunities for emerging women artists.
Initial Impact Fund partnerships include the:
- Japan Institute for Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship;
- Africa Women Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum;
- KUTA Arts Foundation; and
- Fundacion ArteSumapaz.
Actress and producer Priyanka Chopra Jonas is also working with Victoria’s Secret, which has been undergoing a reinvention process that includes the August 2023 debut of its new “Icon” collection and the return of its iconic fashion show, which will stream on Amazon Prime Video on Sept. 26, 2023. Chopra Jonas will be an ambassador to The Fund partner organizations, serving as a mentor and advocate for women artists and entrepreneurs.

The retailer and Chopra Jonas will host a panel and reception on gender equity alongside Project Everyone, a UN Global Partner for Sustainable Development Goals, on Sept. 18 during the UN General Assembly meeting in New York City.
“Real progress in gender equity requires collective action across the public and private sectors,” said Chopra Jonas in a statement. “Companies and individuals with large platforms must play a more significant role in shining a light on and addressing barriers. I’m delighted to join Victoria’s Secret in advancing our shared commitment to gender equality.”
