Lowe’s has launched the MyLowe’s Rewards Kids Club, a new platform that builds on the home improvement retailer’s 20+ years hosting Kids Workshops in its stores. The program now allows families to track their kids’ progress through digital badges and manage workshop registrations for multiple children within a single MyLowe’s Rewards account.
In addition to the free monthly Hands-On Workshops, designed to help kids build real-world skills and confidence, the Kids Club also will provide child-friendly in-store benefits like free organic lollipops and access to member gifts. Registration is now open for Kids Club workshops, with the next ones scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 21 at Lowe’s stores nationwide.
“MyLowe’s Rewards Kids Club is about creating real moments of connection for families,” said Amanda Bailey, VP, Customer Marketing and Loyalty at Lowe’s in a statement. “By launching Kids Club, we’re giving the whole family more reasons to visit Lowe’s, build together and stay engaged over time. We’re pairing hands-on experiences with the support of our red vest associates, who inspire creativity in a workshop or create a moment of joy when handing out lollipops while their parents shop the aisles of our stores.”
In January 2023 Lowe’s introduced Build A Birthday, an immersive environment for young DIYers also building on the monthly workshops for kids. In January 2024 Lowe’s added the MyLowe’s Rewards program for DIY customers alongside its existing MVP Pro Rewards program for contractors and other professional customers.
