Empathica Adds Real-Time Feed To Improve In-Store Shopping Experience

Empathica, a Customer Experience Management (CEM) solutions provider, has announced enhancements to its GoRecommend, social media advocacy platform. The GoRecommend solution now features a real-time feed of recommendations that can be embedded on a brand’s website, Facebook page and other online assets to leverage advocates’ social recommendations.

By adapting a real-time advocate feed, GoRecommend amplifies positive recommendations through Facebook, Twitter and email, effectively allowing a brand to connect its customers’ positive experiences to the social graph. Combined with GoRecommend’s existing capabilities, the new functionality allows brands to further extend their customer relationships and build out a measurable base of active brand advocates.

GoRecommend offers customers the ability to identify the characteristics that help amplify their in-store or purchase experiences. The solution then builds active brand recommendations that are unique to advocates’ experiences based on location, events, products or store personnel.
