DoorDash Deploys Supply Chain Solutions to Support Scaling of First-Party Fulfillment

Seeking to improve operations across its DashMart network of first-party fulfillment centers, DoorDash has begun deploying AI-driven supply chain optimization solutions from Relex. DoorDash has been using Relex forecasting and replenishment capabilities since 2022 and is expanding now to support the company’s rapid expansion in on-demand delivery.

The DashMart locations serve as fulfillment centers for convenience products, fresh produce and a variety of other items, enabling DoorDash to deliver everyday essentials directly to customers within minutes. With the additional Relex solutions, DoorDash will now be able to automate complex purchasing decisions, optimize inventory levels in real time and improve fresh product lifecycle management.

Additionally, DoorDash has partnered with GoTo Foods, the company behind foodservice brands such as Auntie Anne’s and Jamba, to support drone delivery to tens of thousands of households in three Texas markets — Frisco, Fort Worth and Plano — enabled by Wing.

DoorDash has been expanding its retailer portfolio in recent months, including the addition of Five Below and David’s Bridal in December 2024 and supermarket retailer Schnucks in April 2025. In June 2025 Canadian supermarket Loblaws integrated its loyalty program with DoorDash to expand point-earning opportunities for its customers

In April 2024 Pet Valu deployed Relex solutions, following the March 2024 adoption by Canadian c-store giant Alimentation Couche-Tard, which owns the Circle K chain in the U.S. In June 2025 Sedano’s Supermarkets adopted a pricing and promotions solution from Relex.
