CVS Health has named Neela Montgomery EVP and President of CVS Pharmacy/Retail, effective Nov. 30, with responsibility for overseeing the retailer’s 10,000 pharmacies across the U.S. Montgomery will report directly to Karen Lynch, who will become President and CEO of CVS Health in February 2021.
Montgomery is a 20-year retail industry veteran whose most recent position was as CEO of Crate & Barrel, where she transformed the retailer’s online sales channel to account for more than half the company’s revenue. Prior to joining Crate & Barrel, she was a Group Executive Board member of the Otto Group, an international ecommerce retailer, and was UK General Merchandise Director for Tesco PLC.

Increasingly these health care touch points will be digital, virtual and in-person.”
