Shoptalk has named Sucharita Mulpuru, retail and e-Commerce authority and VP and Principal Analyst of Forrester Research, as its new Chief Retail Strategist.
In her new role, Mulpuru will oversee Shoptalk’s newly introduced networking program, which facilitates its onsite introductions and meetings. The program aims to connect key industry stakeholders in order to help them realize growth opportunities and manage business strategies.

Prior to her role at Forrester Research, Mulpuru was the Director of Marketing at Saks Fifth Avenue, and held management positions at Toys “R” Us and the Walt Disney Company.
