Yankee Candle Enhances Omnichannel Customer Experience With Cloud-Based Solutions

The Yankee Candle Company has selected a range of Aptos retail solutions in the cloud — including Aptos Store for POS, Aptos Sales Audit, Aptos CRM, Aptos Loss Prevention and Aptos Enterprise Order Management — to help streamline its omnichannel operations.

Through the partnership, the Massachusetts-based premium scented candle retailer will be able to provide customers with more personalized and efficient interactions and reward customers via data-driven experiences across channels. The company currently sells its products through a wholesale customer network of approximately 35,000 store locations, and itself operates more than 500 stores.

Additionally, Aptos Loss Prevention will enable Yankee Candle to analyze its database of store-level transactions to detect fraud activity, while Aptos Enterprise Order Management will help manage all orders through their lifecycle, from initiation to fulfillment and back.

Other retailers leveraging Aptos to streamline operations include Fossil, Purdy’s Chocolatier and Ron Jon Surf Shop.
