Steve Madden Upgrades OMS to Strengthen Omnichannel Offerings

Steve Madden, Ltd. has fortified its omnichannel functionalities with same-day BOPIS, ship-from-store and pre-order offerings, deploying a new order management system (OMS) from HotWax Commerce.

Steve Madden, which offers fashion footwear, accessories and apparel for men, women and children, operates 120 stores in the U.S. and 250 locations in more than 65 countries. The company’s brands include Steve Madden, Steven by Steve Madden, Madden Girl, Betsey Johnson, Big Buddha, Wild Pair, Cejon, Jocelyn, Mad Love and BB Dakota.

In January 2022, Steve Madden expanded the reach of its sustainability commitments by using the Recurate platform to integrate its Re-booted shoe resale program onto its website.
