Shopify Adopts Powerful (And Honest) Feedback Plugin

Recent research shows that 63% of customers are more likely to make a purchase from a site that features user reviews. There is a growing demand for businesses to gather reviews and listen to what their customers are saying. Research also shows that up to 25% of reviews are fake, which is troublesome to both businesses and customers alike.1thumbsupdown

Shopify is now using an e-Commerce plugin consumer ratings and review platform from UK-based Feefo. The plugin allows sellers to receive genuine feedback and provides Google Seller Ratings and Service Integration for no monthly fee. Those customers who have made a purchase or transaction are invited to leave a review.

The free version of the Feefo e-Commerce plugin will allow 50 feedback request e-mails per month and the ability to upload historical sales data. Also included are integration links to a personal business reviews page and access to Google Seller Ratings.

The full Premium Feefo suite includes up to 150 feedback requests, up-to-the second analytics and reporting as well as photo and video reviews, enabling businesses to respond to customers in real-time, see data right down to the product level, and produce custom reports across every level of operations.
