Reevoo, provider of cloud-based social business solutions, has partnered with MyBuys, a distributor of customer-centric marketing to retailers and brands, to embed user-generated content (UGC) into personalized product recommendations, providing online retailers with enhanced tools to boost consumer engagement and increase sales, according to a Reevoo press release.
MyBuys collects insights from customer interactions with a retailer or brand and leverages algorithms to determine which products an individual consumer is most likely to buy. Reevoo collects and independently moderates product reviews from “verified” customers, which reportedly eliminates the risk of collecting “fake or edited reviews.” The collaboration will enable MyBuys to to access product ratings and reviews from Reevoo in order to help retailers improve customer relationships.
In one current example, the collaboration between Reevoo and MyBuys provides “a valuable solution for Moda in Pelle which brings our social engagement to the next level,” said Stephen Sumner, Multi-Channel Sales and Marketing Director for Moda in Pelle, a ladies’ footwear retailer. “This integration will enable us to seamlessly embed user-generated content into cross-channel personalized marketing activities, driving increases in both conversion and sales.”
