Radial Debuts Order Management System Suite To Enhance Customer Experiences

0aradialOmnichannel commerce tech provider Radial has launched a new suite of solutions, services and partnerships designed to enable retailers to deliver improved customer experiences while focusing on profitability.   

Radial has unveiled the Radial Order Management (ROM) enterprise-class order management system, a platform including features designed to improve:

  • Total Cost of Ownership: Pay-as-you go licensing, automatic software updates, no-cost infrastructure scaling, built-in enterprise security and 24×7 support;

  • Order Handling: Single view of enterprise inventory, intelligent order routing, and new store associate tools reduce lost sales and markdowns and improve margins; and

  • Customer Experience: Cross-channel returns and exchanges, maximum choice in delivery and pick up options, reduced shipping time and fees, and integrated, contemporary customer service tools enable flexibility and responsiveness.

ROM pre-integrates Radial’s additional offerings and is extensible through open APIs.

Radial also has recently introduced consumer-centric technologies including:

  • Visual Response: A new smartphone app enabling consumers to retrieve order and return credit status faster than traditional voice-based phone trees;

  • Customized Digital Handwriting: CRM technology and digitized handwriting software that enables personalized, promotional offers printed on branded cardstock; and

  • Mobile Order Alerts: Text notifications that are sent to customers when an order ships, during transit, and when it is delivered.
