Pacsun Debuts Curated Resale Collection Aimed at Gen Z Shoppers

Pacsun has launched PS Vintage Powered by SPRINGY, a curated resale program featuring thousands of one-of-a-kind pieces for men and women, chosen to appeal to young consumers’ excitement about pre-loved fashions and the Y2K style resurgence. The program was developed with direct input from the Pacsun Youth Advisory Council, a group of Gen Z and Gen Alpha creators brought together in September 2025.

The PS Vintage collection, available online and in 15 Pacsun stores beginning next month, includes graphic T-shirts, hoodies, denim, jackets and more, with designs capturing Pacsun’s key pillars: fashion, art, culture, sports and music. Each distinctive item is labeled using the SPRINGY system, by size, year and category.

“Vintage shopping has become central to our community, and with this launch, we wanted to make that experience authentic and accessible,” said Richard Cox, Chief Merchandising Officer at Pacsun in a statement. “Guided by strong consumer listening, our trend-driven curation delivers on the style our consumers love while reflecting the sustainability they value.”

Cox revealed how tapping into youth culture and focusing on co-creation have been key to Pacsun’s growth on the Retail Remix podcast in October 2026.
