Lowe’s has updated its MVPs Pro Rewards and Partnership Program, renaming it MyLowe’s Pro Rewards. Originally launched in January 2024, the program has been redesigned specifically for the small- to mid-sized professional customer, giving them the opportunity to earn points on eligible purchases from the first dollar spent at sign-up and offering an intuitive customer experience that mimics the consumer-facing MyLowe’s Rewards loyalty program.
Going forward, MyLowe’s Pro Rewards members will receive:
- Access to member-only deals;
- Free standard shipping (not available in Alaska and Hawaii);
- Access to a member volume discount on eligible quotes of $1,500 or more;
- Instant 20% paint discount after annual qualifying spend on paint reaches $3,000;
- Pro business solutions such as purchase authorization and online order quoting; and
- A customized in-app experience that allows members to track their points progress, easily re-order from previous purchases and provides personalized recommendations
“If you’re a Pro, we want you enrolled in MyLowe’s Pro Rewards program because we’re focused on saving Pros more when they choose Lowe’s first,” said Quonta Vance, EVP of Pro and Home Services at Lowe’s in a statement. “This is one of the few rewards programs in the industry designed to reward Pros from their first dollar spent — no special volume thresholds to earn and save at Lowe’s.”
In April 2024 Lowe’s unveiled a program in which loyalty members earn points every time soccer superstar Lionel Messi, a member of the Lowe’s Home Team of athlete ambassadors, makes an assist during a major tournament. Additionally, in November 2024, Lowe’s debuted a digital home platform that provides loyalty program members with free personalized information about the products in their home, including warranties, manuals, how-to guides, recommended subscriptions and replacement parts.
