FaceCake Marketing Technologies, Inc. will debut its Augmented Reality (AR) platform for Retail at Microsoft’s booth #2803 at the NRF Big Show 2017. The platform allows consumers to virtually “visualize their look” wherever they are, whether in-store, at home or on their mobile device.
FaceCake’s personalized AR shopping platform is built on Microsoft Azure’s platform to power its portable photorealistic Try-On experiences on any device. Consumers can now create a runway or AlterImage video in which they are the featured model, allowing them to view products on their own moving image. Users can access their AlterImage videos at any time for AR shopping anywhere, save them in their own virtual dressing room, share or instantly purchase products.
Additionally, FaceCake is previewing the Swivel Virtual Closet with its InstaTry feature, which lets shoppers select complete looks seen in-store, online or even products in their own closet. Consumers can try these looks on in real time, receive product recommendations or add them to their dream virtual closet. FaceCake’s scalable process allows complete ensembles to be virtually tried on without the need to produce 3D product models.
