Walmart is looking to boost its fashion street cred with a 40-stop traveling tour across the U.S. this fall to showcase its fashion offerings.
The Walmart Style Tour kicks off today at the Taste of Chicago and will continue through the end of October, with stops in Los Angeles, New York and Dallas. The traveling pop-up will feature Walmart’s most popular owned brands, including Scoop and Free Assembly, as well as a curated selection of the latest fall trends from the retailer’s broader assortment.
Beyond the fashions themselves, each stop on the Style Tour will offer a range of interactive experiences, including:
- A curated selection of #WalmartFinds, shoppable via QR codes;
- Style tips and tricks from Walmart Style Tour stylists;
- Free personalized color analysis to help shoppers uncover the perfect palette of seasonal shades for their skin and hair tones; and
- Personalized giveaways,from lipsticks and totes to fall-inspired candles.
And for customers who can’t make it to one of the Style Tour stops in person, Walmart has created a dedicated website section to allow fans to Shop the Tour.

“The Walmart Style Tour is the first time we are creating this kind of experience for fashion, and we can’t wait to bring it to communities across the country at events we know our customers are already planning to attend,” said Kim Tunick, Group Director of Brand Experiences and Partnerships at Walmart in a statement. “We’re elevating our shopping experience and bringing the style, the styling tips and the fun right to them.”
