Lids Revamps Loyalty Program to Give Members More Control, Personalization

Headwear brands Lids has introduced a refreshed rewards program that gives members more control over their membership experience.

New benefits of the Lids Access Pass program include:

  • An updated online portal that makes it easier for members to manage their account;
  • Members can now tailor their experience by selecting their favorite teams, checking rewards balances and upgrading their membership with a simple click; and 
  • Premium members now earn double points, get a birthday gift and enjoy early access to limited-edition drops. 

The Lids Access Pass program remains free to join, but for $10 a year customers can upgrade to a Premium membership, which in addition to the benefits listed above includes 20% off every purchase. Access Pass works at all Lids-related brands, including The Buckeye Corner by Lids, Locker Room by Lids and Lids HD

NBA players and brothers Jalen Williams (Oklahoma City Thunder) and Cody Williams (Utah Jazz) will star in a new campaign to promote the enhanced Access Pass program.
