Finish Line Invests in Improved Omnichannel Merchandising

Athleticwear retailer Finish Line is working to optimize its merchandising strategies across its operations with the help of Aptos.

The new technology investment will allow Finish Line to manage inventory across its 890 Finish Line and JD Sports branded mall locations, Finish Line shops inside Macy’s as well as both the Finish Line and JD Sports websites.

The Aptos solutions automatically synchronize and integrate key functions, including purchasing, pricing, receiving, allocation and replenishment, so that Finish Line can respond faster as market conditions and consumer demand patterns shift.

“The ability to react quickly to customers’ needs is extremely important to us, and with Aptos technology we will be able to optimally position inventory to maximize sales, reduce stockouts and delight shoppers,” said Todd Steiner, Chief Information and Technology Officer at Finish Line in a statement.
