Wakefern Food Corp. has promoted three of its executives to new leadership roles.

Paul Gotthelf has been named VP Engineering at the supermarket chain, which includes the ShopRite brand, after serving as the company’s VP Retail Operations. Gotthelf succeeds Dennis Daniels, who is planning to retire in January 2016.

Taking over the retail operations position will be Bob Rohlander, who has 30 years’ experience at Wakefern, most recently as the company’s meat division VP. Roger Savoia, Wakefern’s meat procurement manager, will fill Rohlander’s place in the meat division.
