Cognitive content generation platform provider Persado has appointed Ryan Deutsch SVP of Global Customer Success, reporting to Greg Dale, COO. In this role Deutsch will advance the adoption and growth of Persado’s cognitive content solution on an international scale, building, maintaining and growing strategic relationships with customers including Fortune 500 companies. Deutsch joins the company from Sears Holding Corporation, a Persado customer, where he led one of the largest digital direct response programs in North America.

Deutsch is a 17-year veteran of the digital marketing space. He most recently served as the DVP, Digital Addressable Marketing at Sears Holdings Corporation, focused on the use of data to personalize digital experiences across email, SMS, Push, targeted display, direct mail and all other channels used to engage with customers one-to-one. Prior to that he held posts at StrongView and PGi.
