Jewelry retailer YLANG 23 is re-launching its e-Commerce site using the cloud-based MarketLive platform.
YLANG 23 selected MarketLive due to its ability to create an online shopping environment similar to the brick-and-mortar store. With the new site, the retailer will add interactive features such as digital trunk shows and multichannel customer service.
Since initially launching its web site in 2002, YLANG 23 generates more than 40% of total revenue online and currently ships to consumers worldwide. The retailer’s recent move to a new brick-and-mortar space, coupled with a new in-store design concept, spurred YLANG 23 to revise the online experience to incorporate more compelling design elements and features.

“We evaluated several e-Commerce technologies and felt that MarketLive had the best fit for our particular business,” said Alysa Teichman, Director of e-Commerce with YLANG 23. “Our customers buy high-end jewelry on our web site, so we need to mimic the flawless customer service and special brand experience they receive in-store. We love the fact that it allows our team to be able to make changes easily without developer resources.”
