Shelfbucks Inc. will provide a first look at two beacon-based customer engagement platforms at NRF booth #1555.
During the show, Shelfbucks will demonstrate how in-store beacons are used in GameStop stores. Additionally, the company will spotlight its Smart Displays, which are point-of-purchase displays that incorporate iBeacon technology. The technology was developed in partnership with Menasha, and the first in-store Smart Displays are expected to launch in early 2015.
Shelfbucks uses beacon devices, installed on retailer store shelves, to enhance the brick-and-mortar shopping experience. Smartphone users who interact with an active beacon can access high-quality content, promotional offers, ratings and reviews, and other relevant product information.
