Marks & Spencer (M&S) has adopted AI-based technology, delivered on handheld devices, which compares images of products in stores to store-specific planograms, providing an instant view of shelf-level compliance. The SymphonyAI Retail CPG Store Intelligence technology is being rolled out across more than 500 stores.
The insights generated by the solution will help create a connected store environment, giving store associates prioritized tasks to quickly bring shelves into full planogram compliance.

Marks & Spencer dramatically expanded its online business with 46 new international websites in March 2021.
