Loblaw Companies, a leading Canadian supermarket company, has signed a multi-year, enterprise-wide agreement with, Precima for a single access retail analytics and insights portal serving both the grocery and pharmacy components of Loblaw.
The portal is set to launch in 2018 and will be designed to capture customer, marketing and merchandising insights. Other features include improved joint business planning, category strategy, promotion, assortment and customer insights for Loblaw and its supplier partners, which will allow Loblaw to further leverage customer data and analytics.
