Digital asset management (DAM) platform Bynder has acquired We Adapt, a SaaS creative management platform that enables brands and agencies to automate and scale the creation and distribution of video advertising.
We Adapt has been renamed Bynder Video Brand Studio and will be offered as an optional add-on module to the Bynder platform, or as a stand-alone. In combination, the Bynder and Video Brand Studio platforms will provide marketing teams with a single platform for creating, adapting, managing and distributing print, images and video.
Marketing teams are required to produce large volumes of content for social media, web sites, email marketing campaigns and digital advertising platforms. Video Brand Studio is designed to help them scale the production of video content with tools optimized for creating and iterating sets of content-rich videos — driven by data, templates and more — while adhering to brand guidelines.
Catawiki, an online auction platform, is a We Adapt customer. “Having the ability to easily repurpose our hero campaign assets to localized content per market, while staying on brand, has helped us to scale our video/marketing content creation and easily test what works best in different platforms,” said Marjolein Tepper, Catawiki Head of Acquisition Marketing in a statement.
