Hy-Vee is implementing Samsung Ads to support its retail media strategy. Brand marketing teams will now be able reach customers via Samsung Connected TVs, Direct Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising and now, in-store displays.

With advanced measurement, targeting and programmatic transactional technology, Samsung and Hy-Vee’s retail media network, RedMedia, will help suppliers and brands reach specific customers across channels, including the retailer’s in-store marketing, loyalty programs and events.

As part of the expanded partnership with Samsung, RedMedia also is deploying the Samsung VXT Content Management System (CMS), to bring branded content and media to more than 10,000 Samsung commercial displays over the coming months. Displays will be installed in key traffic areas, including in aisles and at deli, meat and seafood counters, wine and spirit departments and food courts across all Hy-Vee grocery locations as well as Hy-Vee Fast & Fresh stores.

The cloud-native CMS is designed to integrate content management and remote device management capabilities, enabling users to seamlessly control and secure their Samsung display network in real time. The technology will empower Hy-Vee to push a mix of dynamic digital content, including live cooking demos, promotions, recipes, product pairings and company news to shoppers perusing Hy-Vee’s aisles in real time.
