Nike has named Sarah Mensah as VP and General Manager, North America, and Amy Montagne as VP and General Manager, Asia Pacific and Latin America (APLA), effective immediately. Both executives will lead all aspects of their respective geographies. Additionally, Aaron Cain was named VP and General Manager, Men’s.
Mensah’s purview includes all marketing, digital and sales operations in North America. She has previously held other leadership roles at Nike including VP and General Manager, APLA; VP and General Manager, Jordan Brand, North America; and VP and General Manager, Sportswear, APLA.
Montagne will be responsible for continuing to drive brand and business momentum across Nike’s most diverse geography. She is a 16-year veteran of Nike with prior roles including VP and General Manager, Global Merchandising; VP and General Manager, Global Women’s; and VP and General Manager, Global Categories. Prior to joining Nike, she worked for Gap, Mervyn’s and Walmart.

Cain will focus on creating product using deeper insights and driving even greater specialization through performance sport and sport lifestyle for the Men’s category as part of Nike’s shift to a simpler consumer construct. He has been with Nike since 2004, including in the roles of VP and General Manager, Sportswear (NSW), Greater China; VP and General Manager, NSW EMEA; and VP and General Manager, Men’s, North America.
