As part of a raft of executive changes, Bath & Body Works parent company L Brands has named Julie Rosen its new President. Rosen brings more than 20 years of retail industry experience, most recently as President of Ascena Retail Group’s Ann Taylor and Loft divisions.
Bath & Body Works also has named Deon Riley as its Chief Human Resources Officer; she will join the company by the end of 2020. Both Rosen and Riley will report to Andrew Meslow, CEO of L Brands.
Additionally, Bath & Body Works made several internal promotions:
- Chris Cramer was named COO;
- Danielle Demko will be the new EVP and General Manager of Bath & Body Works’ direct channel;
- George Arenschield was promoted to EVP for Merchandise, Planning and Allocation; and
- Ron Ford will be the new EVP and Head of Stores and Sales.
“These appointments and promotions will support the continued growth of Bath & Body Works,” said Meslow in a statement. “Julie is an experience and talented merchant leader who will lead us in continuing to develop compelling products across all categories, and Deon is a well-rounded and experienced human resources professional who will elevate our efforts to cultivate a health and thriving company culture.
