Reebok licensee SPARC Group has promoted Todd Krinsky, SVP of Reebok Design Group (RDG) and a 30-year veteran of the brand, to the role of CEO. Reebok parent company Authentic Brands Group (ABG) has appointed current CEO Matt O’Toole to the role of ABG Executive Vice Chairman, a position that he will assume in 2023.
In his new role, Krinsky will lead the brand’s growth strategy with a focus on its heritage, collaborations and activations, reporting to SPARC Group CEO Marc Miller. During his time as SVP, Krinsky led product management, design and go-to-market through the development of Reebok footwear and apparel. Krinsky’s previous work has included product development, merchandising and management, sports and entertainment marketing, and he also has cultivated the brand’s Classics business.
“Preserving Reebok’s core values was an important focus as we enhanced the brand’s Senior Leadership Team,” said Miller in a statement. “Todd is a product visionary who brings tremendous credibility in the athletic industry, and we are confident that he will usher in the next wave of Reebok’s expansion.”
At ABG, O’Toole will focus on new brand acquisitions, strategic initiatives and the global expansion of Reebok. While CEO of Reebok, O’Toole led the brand’s Unleashed strategy, which returned focus to its athletic foundation and increased the label’s market share by 40%. Prior to Reebok, O’Toole served CCM/The Hockey Company as CEO for nine years, which included a 10-year partnership with the NHL.

John Moore has been appointed SVP of U.S. Commercial Market, where he will expand the brand’s distribution across the country.
