Goodwill President and CEO Jim Gibbons will resign after the Board of Directors completes its search for a successor. Gibbons, who has been with the organization for more than a decade, will help ensure an orderly transition, then seek new opportunities in social impact investment and entrepreneurialism.
Meanwhile, Goodwill added two retail veterans to its Board earlier in April: Joe Guith, President of Cinnabon,and Matthew Wadiak, Co-Founder of Blue Apron. Etienne Patout, CMO at supplement manufacturer Pharmavite joined the retailer’s Board as well.
