Zendesk, a provider of cloud-based customer service software, announced three new members to its Board of Directors: Caryn Marooney, VP of Technology Communications at Facebook; Michelle Wilson, former General Counsel Member for Amazon.com; and Elizabeth “Betsey” Nelson, the former CFO of Macromedia.
The new additions to the board bring Zendesk knowledge and experience in marketing, financing, communications and law, the company noted in a press statement. Further insight in these areas will allow the company to further enhance its customer service platform to boost overall customer engagement for its users.
