Rue La La Taps BrightTag To Connect Data Across Channels

Flash sale site Rue La La has partnered with BrightTag, a cloud-based, cross-channel marketing solution provider, to better connect data across vendors and create more relevant marketing campaigns.

The primary goal for Rue La La was to segment dormant customers and efficiently target them with relevant display ads. However, to execute this campaign successfully, the eTailer needed to match and integrate data between its CRM and retargeting vendors.

Using BrightTag Fuse, Rue La La was able to integrate customer data and profiles across channels, in real time. Connecting the vendors helped Rue La La increased retargeting conversion rates by 10%.
