ROC Commerce Releases Update 7 For E-Commerce Platform

ROCCommerceOmnichannel e-Commerce software provider ROC Commerce has announced the latest version of its platform, version 7. ROC Commerce is introducing version 7 at the IRCE conference in Chicago from June 2-5, 2015.

The solution is designed to facilitate the merchant’s management of the system while providing a consistent experience for the consumer across all channels and devices. The update enables e-Commerce retailers and suppliers to manage product catalogs with millions of SKUs while keeping their sites up and running during peak transactional periods.

“ROC can be summed up in one word: complete,” said Victor Yacaman, E-commerce Director at Leonisa. “It provides the strength and adaptability and ease-of-use Leonisa needed to expose and sell its merchandise to new regional markets. In less than 30 minutes, I can build, customize, and personalize a new page ready to be pushed live. The content management system is so easy to use, I’ve never once had to call somebody for an explanation.”

The latest version includes an integrated product content management system designed to display consistent pricing and promotions and help to showcase all of a commerce site’s products. Additionally, the platform now includes a web content management system for users to add and update web content with a drag-and-drop interface.

The update includes site search and navigation for one-to-one customization of dynamic landing pages, as well as navigation for a unified and relevant customer experience without involving the IT department. SEO tools such as customer URLs, page titles, meta-descriptions and an auto-generated XML sitemap are included for search engines to direct consumers to an e-Commerce site.

To increase conversions, order management and checkout capabilities help offer full visibility to all activities from purchase to fulfillment, while reporting and analytics functions provide insights into sales, conversions and the way shoppers engage with the site.
