Loop Neighborhood, a convenience store chain with 120 locations across California, has partnered with algorithmic customer engagement provider Algonomy to improve its personalized omnichannel customer engagement. Loop will use the platform to engage each customer in real time with contextually relevant messages based on their behavior and transaction history
The retailer can now promote weekly offers, embed a customer’s savings dashboard, distribute personalized newsletters and offer curated bundles that appeal to each individual recipient. The solution leverages machine learning algorithms to drive personalized customer engagement across the entire customer journey, on any channel.
