KSS Retail from dunnhumby, a customer analytics solutions provider, has unveiled two new solutions at NRF: Promotions Analytics and PriceStrat Rapid Reviewer.
The new Promotions Analytics solution is designed to deliver business intelligence insights via interactive web dashboards, helping merchants answer business questions and make smart choices across the planning process. Retailers can harness data to evaluate promotional impact on product or category metrics such as volume, revenue and profit. The solution also is designed to reveal the effects of promotions on market basket purchasing patterns and show merchants how to target promotions to create personalized offers.
PriceStrat Rapid Reviewer contains a set of highly visual, interactive web-based dashboards designed to address challenges such as lack of information transparency and barriers to collaboration. With the solution, retailers can respond to changes in competitive and other market conditions to support dynamic pricing strategies in real time. Additionally, decision makers can view proposed pricing scenarios in Rapid Reviewer at a high level, drill down into key metrics and then approve or decline price changes using a built-in notes capability to facilitate communication.
