Hy-Vee Selects Solution Offering Enhanced Omnichannel Options

Hy-Vee will deploy a POS platform and solution suite from GK Software to enhance its omnichannel offerings. The software will provide the supermarket retailer with a single platform that can support multiple customer touch points, including self-checkout, mobile checkout, payments and click-and-collect e-Commerce.

The new system will be integrated with Hy-Vee’s existing infrastructure, and its flexibility means it can be expanded and adjusted to meet Hy-Vee’s future business needs. Additionally, the software is capable of incorporating other solutions, such as:

  • OmniPOS: A platform for real-time omnichannel retailing services;
  • TransAction+: A configurable payment processing solution; and
  • Mobile Customer Assistant: A mobile app that offers Hy-Vee customers a number of features including self-scan.
