Groupe Dynamite, a fast-fashion women’s apparel retailer, has deployed Oracle Retail solutions to support an international expansion strategy designed to double the company’s business within five years.
Operating under two key brands — Garage and Dynamite— Groupe Dynamite implemented a suite of Oracle solutions, including Oracle Commerce, Oracle Retail Merchandising System, Oracle Retail Merchandising Analytics, and Oracle Retail Stores Solutions. The deployment is part of a major IT upgrade that will offer a cross-channel view of inventory, as well as enable commerce capabilities.
With the Oracle Retail solutions, the company can increase the accuracy of allocation and replenishment across locations and channels. Underlying the applications is Oracle SOA Suite, which Groupe Dynamite uses to streamline real-time messaging processes.

“Oracle Retail provides us with the technology to grow our brands and our business,” said Michel Joncas, VP of IT at Groupe Dynamite. “As we open more stores and add partners, having everyone on the same platform and with a single view of our inventory helps us optimize operations to give better service to our customers.”
Furniture and home décor retailer Z Gallerie also has implemented Oracle Commerce to improve conversion and basket size on the e-Commerce site. The solution helped Z Gallerie expand its online inventory and content, as well as improve site navigation for store associates and customers. Z Gallerie has seen a strong rise in sales of items customers searched since the deployment, according to a company press release. The retailer worked with Cirrus10, a Gold-level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), to go live on Oracle Commerce.
“We’re seeing a lot more engagement on our category pages,” said Kerem Ozkay, e-Commerce Marketing Analyst at Z Gallerie. “Prior to implementing Oracle Commerce, only 40% of our visitors would hit a product page. That number has increased significantly leading to more site conversions and increased sales.”
