Women’s apparel and fashion accessories retailer Charming Charlie continues its coast-to-coast expansion, with plans to open approximately 14 new locations in the coming months. The retailer is focusing on Texas, California, New York and the Midwest for the new stores, which will include Charming Charlie’s color-grouping model and catalog of apparel, handbags, fashion jewelry, gifts, beauty, shoes, scarves, tech, travel, pets and kids.
The first store will open March 12 in Houston, followed by the other 13 locations throughout March and April. Charming Charlie plans to roll out additional stores nationwide during the summer and fall of 2021.
“We’re incredibly pleased to be bringing Charming Charlie back to its origin city of Houston and continuing to grow in all aspects of our business, especially in light of the challenges businesses have faced in the last year,” said Steve Lovell, President of Charming Charlie in a statement.
Charming Charlie’s comeback kicked off in September 2020 with its first relaunched physical store in Atlanta. The brand had liquidated and sold its trademarks and intellectual property in August 2019.
