Mall-based specialty retailer Charlotte Russe has partnered with Fluid, Inc., an agency strategy and design services provider, to revamp the retailer’s web and mobile sites. The goal is to increase conversion rates online and drive in-store traffic through highly effective mobile and social networking elements. “We are excited to have Fluid as our partner in the redesign of our sites and look forward to having the company bring its extensive experience in the e-Commerce and social media areas to building a fun and dynamic experience for our customers,” said Evelyn Lee, SVP of Marketing and E-Commerce at Charlotte Russe. The collaboration with Fluid enables the retailer to meet primarily millennial customers online and drive social shopping. In October 2011, Fluid teamed with eBags.com to enhance online shopping features which facilitate social interactions while shopping online. The advanced shopping features provided by that partnership were demonstrated by eBags.com CMO Chris Wilson during the recent Shop.org Annual Summit.
