Blueberry Diapers Expands Omnichannel Sales Via NetSuite SuiteCommerce

Blueberry Diapers
, a cloth diaper manufacturer and eTailer, has expanded its distribution business to 22 countries since moving from a custom-built web site to NetSuite SuiteCommerce.

Formerly known as Swaddlebees, Blueberry Diapers completes 95% of all B2B transactions through the SuiteCommerce storefront, and has seen a 133% revenue growth since implementing the system, according to a company press release. SuiteCommerce also powers web sites for complementary product lines, including Flo Sprayer and Pink Daisy Girl.

NetSuite SuiteCommerce is designed to help B2B and B2C businesses evolve from standalone transactional channels to integrated commerce solutions. Selling approximately 1,000 SKUs to hundreds of retail buyers, including Amazon, Kelly’s Closet and Right Start, Blueberry Diapers now can track the B2B side of the business, as well as direct-to-consumer sales.

“NetSuite has helped us tremendously without having to add manpower,” said Casey McClure, Director of Sales at Blueberry Diapers. “There’s no way we could do the same volume on our old system as we do with NetSuite — we can easily ship 200 orders a day with huge time savings. The KPIs on my home screen give me a great snapshot of the business, and we never have to worry about downtime on our NetSuite web site.”
