It is now even easier to shop with Amazon’s Dash Buttons. The retail titan has made its one-click buy buttons digital and added them to their home page, according to Recode.
Amazon also will auto-generate buttons for customers’ most recent purchases, but a spokesperson told Recode that they also can create their own. So long as a shopper is a Prime member, he or she can use the new “Add to your Dash buttons” option that’s now located on all eligible products’ pages.
Greeted with guffaws at their debut in 2015, the technology’s convenience can no longer be contested. In fact, as the company expanded the total number of buttons to 226, Amazon sweetened the deal by making the $4.99 fee disappear (with a $4.99 credit after the first purchase). This added to Amazon’s status as a leader in subscription-based retailing.
