Adobe Marketing Cloud Integrates With Microsoft Dynamics CRM

AdobeAdobe and Microsoft have established a new partnership to integrate the Adobe Marketing Cloud with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This move will help organizations integrate their sales and service interactions, as well as capture a comprehensive picture of customers, from initial engagement, to acquisition, retention and loyalty.

“Helping our customers reinvent productivity and business processes is one of our top priorities,” said Kirill Tatarinov, EVP of Microsoft Business Solutions. “Partnering with Adobe enables us to deliver a comprehensive set of customer engagement processes to enterprise customers to help them be more productive and better engage with their customers.”

With the partnership, Adobe and Microsoft users have the ability to:

  • Integrate customer data and behaviors, which can help align sales and marketing activities,  guide sales or service calls, identify new sales opportunities and inform lead scoring;

  • Pinpoint high-value audience segments to publish targeted display ads and real-time offers on the company web site; and

  • Combine web behavior data with order history, return history, loyalty status and call center history to not only identify customers’ location in the sales cycle but also deliver the right content at the right time — whether that content resides on a landing page, in a service follow-up email or as an alert in a mobile app.

As part of the integration, Adobe Marketing Cloud Solutions will run on the Microsoft Azure Cloud platform. Adobe Campaign and Adobe Experience Manager are now certified on Microsoft Azure. Adobe already partners with Microsoft Azure to provide streaming for major sporting events including the Olympics and Super Bowl through Adobe Primetime. The companies also are working on a connector that would enable data and insights gathered via Adobe Analytics to appear in Power BI, Microsoft’s business analytics service.
