A.M. Leonard, a horticultural tools and supplies retailer, has experienced growth in e-Commerce sales since implementing the Hawk Search solution from Thanx Media, a provider of data collection and product data management solutions.
Within the first month of implementing Hawk Search, A.M. Leonard reported that overall sales per visitor increased by $2.00. Additionally, the retailer noticed an improvement in overall conversion rates compared to 2012.
Hawk Search was designed to help retailers improve the search experience for consumers. “Auto-complete” search functionality also empowers customers to find the products they’re seeking by aggregating popular search terms and product images.

“There are two ways to increase online revenue,” said Neil Roble, Director of Marketing for A.M. Leonard. “You can either drive more traffic or you can do more with the traffic you already have. Our focus is on providing a better customer experience and we know sales will increase if we help people find the right products faster.”
