Dynamic Yield, a customer engagement and personalization platform provider, has raised $22 million in Series C funding led by Vertex and ClalTech. The investments will be used for the global growth of the company’s personalization technology.
Dynamic Yield’s platform enables product and marketing teams to create machine learning-based personalized experiences across web, mobile web, apps and email. The company works with industry leaders in verticals such as e-Commerce, gaming, travel, media and B2B. Retail customers include Juniqe, Sephora and Sabon.
“We are finally at a stage where machine learning and AI allow product and marketing teams to build such experiences that are uniquely relevant to an individual, and we are super excited to lead the pack with the technology and solutions we built around it,” said Liad Agmon, CEO of Dynamic Yield in a statement. “50% of our company are in product, engineering and data science, and we are committed to continuous innovation in the space.”
