Winning Windows Competition Spotlights Holiday Retail Artistry: Submit Your Nomination

As consumers work to check off their holiday shopping lists, many will be flocking to physical stores. Department stores, specialty retailers and luxury brands alike will display their holiday spirit using best-in-class design and storytelling strategies to draw these shoppers in.

Retail TouchPoints will celebrate the creative professionals who add the magic to the holiday shopping season with the design:retail Winning Windows awards program. Brands and retailers in New York City and worldwide are encouraged to share their projects, displayed in store windows and beyond, by completing the nomination form by November 21. A panel of judges will take to the streets of New York City to visit store windows in the heart of the retail and fashion industry. They also will judge any national and even global submissions virtually to expand the overall reach of the awards. While historically only New York City-area windows were eligible for the awards, we will be expanding the purview of the awards to encourage all designers and storytellers to submit their work.

Windows will be evaluated based on three key criteria: Originality and creativity; Spirit of the season; and Professionalism, including execution and technical aspects. The awards will be announced at the PAVE Gala on December 8, 2022, in New York City, as well as on RetailTouchPoints.com. One executive from each winning company will be invited to join members of the Retail TouchPoints team at the Gala to accept their award in person.
