A.k.a. Brands Holding Corp. will open a Princess Polly store in New York City’s SoHo neighborhood in early 2025 as it continues to expand the Australian fashion brand’s physical footprint in the U.S.
The NYC store will span approximately 8,000 square feet across two levels and feature more than 5,000 Princess Polly styles, from apparel to footwear to accessories. Consistent with the brand’s four existing U.S. stores, Princess Polly’s SoHo location will offer a number of Instagrammable spaces, including a permanent photo booth and large-scale LED screens showcasing videos of the newest styles and campaigns. The store also will feature a curation of unique furniture throughout the space, inviting customers to “sit back and enjoy the Princess Polly shopping experience.”
Earlier this year, Princess Polly announced plans for brick-and-mortar locations in Scottsdale, Ariz, San Diego, Boston, Santa Clara, Calif. and at Orange County, Calif.’s Irvine Spectrum Center. The brand’s first physical location opened at Westfield Century City in Los Angeles in 2023.
“We’ve listened closely to our U.S. customers and know there is appetite for more Princess Polly stores, so we’re thrilled to put Princess Polly on the map in one of the biggest and most exciting cities in the world,” said Eirin Bryett, Co-CEO of Princess Polly in a statement. “With a spacious layout, various photo opportunities and a broad selection of our latest styles, this store supports our larger strategy to make Princess Polly’s in-person experience accessible to more customers. This milestone SoHo location represents the next chapter in Princess Polly’s evolution as we continue to blend digital innovation with immersive retail experiences that resonate with our Gen Z and millennial community.”
